Am fost onorata sa iau parte la prezentarea facuta ieri la Selgros - Pantelimon.
Va admir si va urmaresc evolutia de multe luni. Ma bucur ca am avut aceasta sansa de a va cunoaste pe amandoi. De fapt, imi doream sa vad doi oameni care muncesc mai intai cu inima, mintea si apoi inepuizabilul efort fizic. Eu si sotul meu incercam sa deschidem un restaurant intr-un orasel din apropiere. Eu visez la el de 15 ani si am convingerea ca vom reusi. Deocamdata am amenajat spatiul pentru organizarea evenimentelor festive. Bucataria va fi utilata in timp. Oameni ca voi imi dau mult curaj pentru ca imi confirma ca muncesc respectand aceleasi valori pe care si eu, la randul meu, le pretuiesc.
Va doresc mult succes!

In numele echipei Angst va multumim pentru invitatia de a participa la lansarea oficiala a pensiunii Nobillis-Mica Elvetie unde am fost impresionat de ambientul rafinat, savoarea mancarurilor si atentia pentru detalii. De altfel, acestea sunt calitatile restaurantului Mica Elvetie pe care foarte bine a reusit sa le desavarseasca dl Jacob Hausmann. Are you still with the TVR, or something \"Rumaenisch\" just happened ???...
Your presentation on the official web-site o\'the TVR was just fine, I would add, quite excelent ... but I have noticed recently some serious disturbings. Many emissions are missing and most recently, it looks like they are playing some of us for fools. It will be very nice of everybody, whomever was realy commited on doing such a good job, to fix \"the problem\". Oh, and by the way, F.Y.I., many people here, across the pond, Do hold Helvetia in High Honor !!!.
I am also hopeful of a certain wish, that one day I will be able to be one of your guest.

Nur, weil ich es sagen wollte: Ich war gestern in der Naehe Deines \"alten\" Restaurants, habe vorher Deinen Newsletter bekommen und bin am fruehen Abend kurz eingekehrt um ein biszchen vom Wild zu kosten.
Keine Ahnung was ich hatte ... ich habe mich von einem Deiner Kellner beraten lassen.
Kurz und gut - und der Grund, warum ich dieses Mail schreibe: Es war eine wahre Delikatesse! Das Fleisch gediegen, die Sauce fein, die Saettigungsbeilage (nennt man das in der Schweiz auch so?) ein Gedicht als solches, die gereichten Beilagen (fuer mich natuerlich viel zu viel) von aller bester Qualitaet - sowohl die Ware als auch die Zubereitung!!!
Mit einem Wort: Sensationell!!!
(Es ist natuerlich nicht auszergewoehnlich, bei Dir besonders gut zu essen. Das ist man ja gewohnt. Das war allerdings schon mehr als fein!)
Wollte ich nur gesagt haben.

Ich gratuliere Dir herzlich zu Deinem Restaurandkonzept. Es ist kaum zu glauben, was Du da in einem fernen Land auf die Beine gestellt hast! Graf Dracula wäre sicherlich ein Stammgast bei Dir gewesen, er war nämlich auch ein Feinschmecker. Beim Studium Deiner Menupläne läuft einem das Wasser im Mund zusammen.
